Where: Northland Bowl on Martin Street
Cost: $10.00 for each bowling day - Checks are to be made out to Northland Bowl each week.
Cost includes 3 games and shoe rental (please list shoe size on the permission form).
Students will be bused from Park Forest Elementary at 3:15 p.m. to Northland Bowl.
Parents will need to pick up students at Northland Bowl at 4:45 p.m.
Pay as you go and attend 1 or all 4 sessions
Each week the money must be turned in to Mrs. Cody the Monday before the Thursday bowling day.
Students will be supervised by the Park Forest intramural coaches. Students are only allowed to bowl.
Absolutely no arcade machines will be allowed during our bowling time.
A separate permission slip will be needed to participate in bowling.
